Tree Real Estate advised Andros Nederland on its new Office function, Jan Leentvaarlaan, Rotterdam as per October 2024. Andros is a leading food distributor part of a large, French conglomerate https://www.andros.fr/de/. In the Netherlands Andros distributes its goods to the Dutch supermarket operators who bring the Andros products to the consumer for instance: https://www.bonnemaman.nl/. The expanding business and team needed an office bringing a fun factor and which is comfortable and well accessible. Tree Real Estate worked out a long and short list. Finally, a well-accessible, A-label penthouse office was selected, which also offers direct access to a private 100m2 roof terrace. On behalf of Andros, Tree Real Estate closed a 10-year lease with the Owner who was advised by BRIQ Real Estate. Fit out works were led by contractor Plan@office.
