BOXX Self Storage

Tree Real Estate exclusively advised the debt funders of several entities part of the overall BOXX Self Storage / BOXX Opslagverhuur Group. In a consortium effort, Tree Real Estate aimed to re-gear the Group, which was interrupted by the bankruptcy call May 2024. Proceeding and materializing on the mortgage rights of the debt funders, Tree Real Estate started an off market sale process of BOXX Properties. As a result, October 2024, 3 Properties were sold, transacted and proceeds were paid out to the debt funders accordingly. More specifically the certificaathouders of Zoetermeer, Almere and Amersfoort received between 86-105% of their original invested amount together with all outstanding interest repaid at closing.
