Asset and Project Management

Tree Real Estate is mandated by Eclipse for the Asset Management of the Eclipse Property since November 2020. The Property Management is with Propertyview. The following milestones were achieved;

2020/2021 – Asset stabilisation and structural renovation works; amidst Covid the existing tenants were managed and the backlog in structural maintenance was managed; A16 facade and elevator hard- and software were fully renovated.

2022/2023 – Asset optimalisation and commercialisation; Tree Real Estate fully renovated the outdated Eclipse lobby into a modern, vibrant lobby with Eclipse Meet and Eclipse Cafe functions. Tree Real Estate implemented Eclipse Life (See Life Offices) and fully leased the floors 1-3 with units as from 25m2 up to 270m2.

2024 – Asset optimalisation and ESG; Tree Real Estate implemented a new parking entrance (“kentekenlezer”) and unified building access system for Eclipse Life and the upper floors 4-9 with contractor van den Hoogen. Secondly, the full Building has been brought to LED lightning. This together with the cascade system has brought the Energy Label to A+ and EPBDIII certification. Commercially, lease contracts have been brought mark-to-market and extended to long-term periods.
