November 2020, Tree Real Estate acquired on behalf of its associated company Eclipse a portfolio of 3 Properties from B&S / Goldman Sachs. Instantly the Sliedrecht Property was traded to independent Developer-Contractor ABB for its new Head Quarters and the Barendrecht Laboratory-Office Complex was sold to a Private Investor. Eclipse was acquired by Tree Real Estate / Eclipse. Tree Real Estate / Eclipse was co-advised by Kleuver advies and legally by AKD.
