
Tree Real Estate advised Hoorn Hotel on attracting an Acquisition Loan amidst Covid in July 2020. Hoorn Hotel kicked off the construction of a ca. 850m2 casco restaurant space and a 43-room hotel early 2021 for which a combined Acquisition-Construction Loan was attracted. After commercialisation and lease up of the Restaurant to Heineken and the Hotel to Bleecker Group, Tree Real Estate attracted an Investment Loan. Tree Real Estate co-operated in a joint venture with its partner KB Enterprises and was supported by Beaufort.
