Tree Real Estate advised HousingAnywhere ("HAW") on their office accommodation needs. From December 2025, our team worked on behalf of HAW to negotiate the termination of their approximately 2,800 m² lease at Blaak 555 with landlord MSC and their advisor Made Real Estate. In parallel, a new space of 1,350 m² was secured: the entire 8th floor of the Rotterdam Building. The landlord of the Rotterdam Building, Ballast Nedam, was advised by De Mik. The fit-out of the new space was tendered through Skepp and delivered in May 2026 under the supervision of Tree.

This move resulted in a significant reduction in HAW's occupancy costs, while at the same time improving the quality of their workspace. The new office features an optimal layout with modular meeting rooms within a fully open-plan concept, complemented by access to two spacious outdoor terraces.
