Letting Services BOW Offices

Tree Real Estate, in collaboration with CMS Bedrijfsmakelaars, has leased approximately 1,500 m² of office space including 50 parking spaces to Interstellar on behalf of owner Smink Vastgoed. Interstellar is an IT service provider and a portfolio company of Quadrum Capital. The decision to choose BOW was driven by the flexible floor layouts, the accessibility and location along the A1/A28  and competitive pricing. Interstellar was advised by MVGM.
