Letting Services Podium Offices | GSP

Tree Real Estate assisted by lawfirm SBL Legal and in a team effort with GSP has leased the upper 4 floors of the C Building to NTT Data (formerly Dimension Data). NTT has signed a long-term lease for approximately 2,500 m² of office space and 91 parking spaces at Podium 1 in Amersfoort (Podium Offices), including the underlying parking garage. NTT was advised in this process by Parella Group.

NTT is leasing the top floors of Building C, which faces the A28 highway. NTT DATA (https://www.nttdata.com/global/en/) is a leading IT services provider supporting organizations in digital transformation, from strategy to implementation. NTT has fitted out its floors on a fully turnkey basis, meeting the latest requirements for hybrid working and featuring a high-quality, stylish finish. Additional charging stations will be installed in the parking garage for NTT’s full electric vehicle fleet.

Podium Offices is highly accessible due to its location along the A1–A28 corridor and its proximity to Amersfoort Vathorst Station. The Podium complex is connected to a thermal energy storage (heat-cold) system and has an A++ energy label. With this lease transaction, the Podium Offices complex is now fully and long-term leased to Stater and NTT.
