Tree Real Estate advised Elfi on the financial structuring of its Merwede 11B project. Construction is set to begin before the summer with builder De Vries en Verburg. A total of 186 owner-occupied apartments will be built, distributed across separate residential buildings, each featuring its own unique facade and character.
