Acquisition loan

Tree Real Estate advised a Private Investor on attracting Debt for the acquisition of the 4.5acres landgoed Roepaen, a redevelopment project in Ottersum. Debt was provided in a club deal of private investors arranged by Tree Real Estate. Investor-Developer is currently applying for a re-zoning which will allow for the development into a residential complex.
