Tree Real Estate advised Rozemond Advocaten ("ROZ") on their office accommodation needs. Our team has been working on behalf of ROZ since October 2025, conducting an extensive office search across the Amsterdam market. Moving from a long-list to a shortlist based on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, the partnership ultimately chose a location on the IJ waterfront. Tree negotiated with owner Ping Properties at the right moment within the UP building, securing highly favourable terms and incentives that will significantly reduce ROZ's occupancy costs.
Tree consulted multiple fit-out contractors and, following ROZ's selection, also tendered the installation works. Thanks to Tree's involvement and reputation, we were able to schedule the installer in a timely and efficient manner, despite a delayed sign-off from ROZ. As a result, the fit-out will be completed on time, allowing ROZ to relocate from their outdated premises at Herengracht 567 to a beautifully designed space with all-round natural light and views over Amsterdam on the 7th floor of UP Offices. Once again, a successful combination of improved quality and reduced occupancy costs.
