Tree Real Estate advised Utrecht Office I in the re-development of the Stedin Offices into a full modernised and renovated A class office and industrial function. Tree Real Estate led the contractor-developer team and took the lead in the financing and investment sale process. The Project was completed early 2018. The Properties located at Nijverheidsweg 15 Utrecht were eventually sold back to Stedin where Tree Real Estate separately sold the 9.000m2 land plot to independent developer Fresch in Q1 2019.
