Tree Real Estate / Eclipse was advised by van Gool Elburg on the sale of the the Wing Property. The sale transaction took place in September 2022 to a Private Investor. PCI Nederland is the sole tenant of the ca. 5.000m2 Property. PCI uses the space for its Office functions and for storage of its printing equipment and other hardware.
